Vehicle 19 is a tense thriller that all takes place in one vehicle. The high-concept film is about a recently released convict who finds himself embroiled in a high-profile kidnapping orchestrated by corrupt policemen. He realizes he must face his demons, the entire city of Johannesburg, and the police force in order to clear his name.
